1. RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through the official hotel website, by email, by telephone or through authorized sales channels.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- written confirmation from the hotel, and
- the payment of any required deposit or guarantee, according to the conditions of the selected rate.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel incomplete, non-guaranteed or non-compliant reservations.
2. PAYMENTS
Accepted payment methods are indicated during the booking process.
Unless otherwise specified by the selected rate, the balance of the stay must be paid directly at the hotel during the stay.
Any additional services (bar, wellness treatments, extras, etc.) must be settled before departure.
3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the period and the selected rate.
The specific terms applicable to each reservation are clearly detailed:
- during the online booking process, and
- in the confirmation sent by email.
In case of a reduction in the number of booked rooms, the same cancellation conditions apply to the cancelled rooms.
All cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing by email.
4. RATES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Published rates are intended per room and per night, unless otherwise specified.
The price includes:
- Rich buffet breakfast
- Private outdoor parking
- Free Wi-Fi connection
- Access to the Fitness Center
- Access to the Wellness Center during scheduled hours
- Ski storage in winter and bicycle storage in summer
- Towels and slippers for the Wellness Center
- Gym towel (upon request)
Any services not expressly indicated as included are to be considered subject to an additional charge.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:30 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
If arrival is expected after 8:00 PM, guests are kindly requested to inform the reception in advance.
6. GUESTS AND IDENTIFICATION
Upon arrival, a valid identity document is required for each guest, in accordance with current regulations.
It is not permitted to host unregistered persons in the rooms.
7. MINORS
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Cots or extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability, according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
8. PETS
Pets are allowed upon prior notice at the time of booking, at a cost of €15.00 per day per pet.
Pets are not allowed in:
- the breakfast room
- the SPA area
- the gym
Pets may not be left unattended in the rooms.
Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
9. USE OF SERVICES AND RULES OF CONDUCT
Guests are required to behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff.
Access to the Wellness Center and Fitness Center is permitted in accordance with the internal regulations and opening hours displayed in the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to interrupt the stay of guests whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disturbing, without any obligation of refund.
10. HOTEL LIABILITY
The hotel is not responsible for:
- personal belongings left unattended
- valuables not deposited in the safe
- theft or loss inside the hotel premises or parking area
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings or hotel facilities.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The hotel cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide services due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, government restrictions, etc.).
12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided at the time of booking will be processed in compliance with the European GDPR Regulation (EU 679/2016).
The information collected will be used exclusively for administrative purposes, booking management and communication with the guest.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising from the reservation or the stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
