CANCELLATION POLICY:

A sum equal to 30% of the total amount of the booked services is requested to confirm the reservation.

The cancellation of the reservation is subject to penalties as follows:

- for cancellation until 20 days prior to arrival: the amount of the deposit will be withheld (= 30% of the total amount)
- from 19 days prior to arrival, in case of no show or early departure 100% of the total price will be charged.
- In case of cancellations for proven restriction resulting from COVID-19 the deposit will be refunded with a voucher (valid for 1 year).

The price includes:
- Rich breakfast buffet (from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m.)
- Outdoor private free parking
- Free Wi-Fi available in the entire hotel
- Unlimited access to the Fitness Center, open every day from 8.00 until 21.00
- Unlimited access to the Wellness Center, open every day from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 20.30
- SkiBox with heated locker (in winter) and Ski deposit (in summer)
- Towel and slippers for the access to the Wellness Center
- Towel for the Fitness Center (upon request)


Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in: starting from 3:00 p.m
- Check-out: before 10:30 a.m


Pets:
Pets are allowed, upon prior notice, at a cost of €15.00 per day and per pet. We kindly ask you not to bring them into the breakfast area, the SPA zone, or the gym, and not to leave them unattended inside the rooms.
